We determine your church size based on the number of people in your Planning Center database after your first sync. This ensures accurate pricing based on your actual data volume.
What if my church grows or shrinks?
We determine your church size based on your initial sync. If your church grows significantly (more than 10% into the next tier), we'll notify you and suggest an upgrade at your next renewal. You can stay on your current plan until renewal, and we won't force upgrades—we value customer loyalty.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes! The free plan is free for churches under 100 people and includes 25 fixes per month. This includes all core data cleanup features like sync, suggestions, and pushing changes back to Planning Center. Churches over 100 people receive 25 one-time fixes to test the product, then must subscribe to a paid plan to continue.
Do all paid plans have the same features?
Yes! All Pro Plan tiers include every feature. The only difference is the number of fixes per month and pricing, which scales with your church size.
What is a "fix" and how are they counted?
A fix is one approved suggestion that is pushed to Planning Center. You can approve as many suggestions as you want, but only pushes to Planning Center count toward your monthly limit. Limits reset on your subscription renewal date.
What happens if I exceed my monthly fix limit?
You'll receive a warning when you reach 90% of your limit. If you exceed your limit, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional fix packages. We also offer quarterly plans with unlimited fixes for churches that need more flexibility.
Do you offer discounts for multiple churches?
Yes! Contact us for volume pricing if you're managing multiple church locations or have a church network with multiple congregations.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, no hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay. Small churches get 25 fixes per month for free, and larger churches pay a simple monthly rate based on their size.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade immediately to get a higher fix limit right away. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. You can also switch to a quarterly plan with unlimited fixes if you need more flexibility.
